SEPTEMBER CLASS SCHEDULE CHANGES:

Thursday’s Barre HIIT at 8am will now be PILATES CIRCUIT w/Karla – Circuit workout using Pilates equipment as well as TRX, Barre and other core exercises!!

Monday’s 20/20/20 and Zumba will now be combined into a 75min Cardio Sculpt class w/Jen.  It will be 45 mins of cardio & 30 mins of sculpt and stretch!

Friday’s 20/20/20 will be 1 hour of Cardio Sculpt w/Karla!!
