ATTENTION FITNESS FAMILY!!!! Karla will be teaching Monday and Wednesday 4:30pm Butts, Gutts and MORE beginning Monday August 20th.  Come join Karla for an Hour of Power. Strength Training combined with Core and FUN!  Also, Karla will be teaching Monday 5:30 pm  Bootcamp Circuit format.  45 minutes of WORKING HARD through 10 Stations of HIIT.
