tubing and calisthenics for a Boot-Camp style workout.

If you are tired of the same old cardio workout, then this may be your ticket. 50-55
minutes of cross-training and interval work as you are coached by a trainer. Learn to use Rate
of Perceived Exertion with your heart rate to go beyond your comfort zone and challenge your
heart and lungs as well as your character.
INTRO TO SPIN

NIA
The NIA Technique is an expressive movement form and lifestyle prractice that uses
the body's way to achieve physical, mental, and emotional fitness and well-being! NIA classes
offer total body cardiovascular conditioning and cross-training for any sport or activity.
All NIA movements are adaptable for any level of fitness and agility!
PILATES
A class that incorporates both the mind and body!!! This class develops
core stabilization and structural alignment through a sequential series
of mat exercises. All fitness levels are encouraged to come and experience
the core challenge.
PILATES 101
A class designed to strengthen the core. Practice beginner pilates movement and learn
the basic pilates techniques.
PILATES REFORMER CLASS **
Add a challenge to your pilates practice. This class is for the experienced pilates student that
is a compliment to mat work. The reformer machine and other small apparatus are utilized to give
you maximum benefits.
POWER SCULPT
A strength and toning class for the full body. The class uses resistance and varies in routine
and intensity over time, so your body never plateaus. This class is a great compliment to your
aerobic routine and any cross-training program.
REP REEBOK
A strength training class with a full body routine which uses progressive resistance and
periodization techniques to maximize results. Regular attendance may result in increased
energy and self-esteem.
SPIN
A mind and body workout for all experience levels, the beginner to the
elite participant, using a stationary bike. An incredible cardio workout!!!
No coordination required. Let your mind be free and your heart be challenged!
STEP
Step up and workout on the bench with creative moves. Vary your bench
height to work at your own level of intensity. Get your heart rate up
and sweat to stepping!!!
STRENGTH-N-STRETCH
This class is designed for overall body conditioning. 45 minutes of weights,
tubing , body bars and balls. Core strengthening and a good 15 minutes
of stretching to top it off!!
TAI CHI
Chen style Tai Chi provides a surprisingly good workout, yet its slow,
non-violent movements can be practiced at any age. Tai Chi can help to
reduce stress, clear the mind, increase vitality, improve concentration,
stimulate blood circulation, and develop coordination, balance and strength.
