Training Philosophy:

Each day, we are challenged intellectually and emotionally by sources outside of ourselves.  Only WE can challenge ourselves physically.  Rising to a physical challenge can sometimes transform other areas of our lives.  Your brain tells your body what to do—aging is a state of mind.

Favorite saying/Motivators:

“Be like Nike and Just Do It!”

About me:

Competing in running events since 1976 eventually led me to the weight room and lifting weights became not only a habit, but a part of my life.  Shortly after moving to Tucson, I left the corporate world to turn that habit into a career.  As a massage therapist since 1994, I’ve enjoyed working one-on-one with people.  Personal training has afforded me that same satisfaction, helping others make positive changes in their health and fitness.
