Dan Wirth
MA, CSCS former director of strength and conditioning at the University
of Arizona for 9 years, oversees all aspects of our program. All of our
trainers are nationally certified. Participants will be expertly trained
for strength, power, speed, agility, conditioning, and flexibility resulting
in overall improved fitness, competitive sport specific performance improvement
and reduced likelihood of injury. Each athlete will also receive a t-shirt
and a certificate of completion. All classes are 1 hour in length with 1
trainer for every 4 youths. Maximum class size will be set at 12 participants.
