The squat is one of the single most effective exercises anyone can do. Yet doing one properly and well – for maximum benefit and with optimal safety – is often altogether different.

- Demo time with each participant

Come join in an all levels, low impact special event dance class that incorporates striptease and burlesque-inspired choreography to enhance participants’ confidence, mobility, core strength and stability and most importantly, JOY.
With 30 years of fitness specialist experience, instructor Michele Landreville offers this first 2019 master class in a series of various dance/fitness formats. Included later on in the series will be Belly Dance Basics and Bollywood Fusion (see two events below.)

This all levels, mixed impact dance class combines the style of Bhangra (Indian celebration dance), belly dance, jazz and hip hop to provide the participant a fun and energetic experience.
