Tai Chi is a gentle form of exercise that can assist in maintaining strength, flexibility and balance. It also helps reduce stress and anxiety. Often described as “meditation in motion,” Tai Chi promotes serenity through slow, deliberate, flowing movements.
Midji will lead the class suited for all fitness levels. Choose loose-fitting cloths that won’t restrict range of motion. Practice barefoot or in lightweight, comfortable, flexible shoes. Sign up the week prior at the Front Desk. Space is limited.
