Get set up properly on your bike and get your sweat going in the spin room. Move upstairs to our studio and get a full body strength workout using TRX suspension training. Finish off with stability and strength on StrongBoards!

The benefits of yoga, regardless of style, are real. Each style requires a varying degree of physical ability. Some forms emphasize the spiritual, others place their emphasis on breathing exercises and yet others, the yoga poses themselves. Some utilize a combination of the three.
