This all levels, mixed impact dance class combines the style of Bhangra (Indian celebration dance), belly dance, jazz and hip hop to provide the participant a fun and energetic experience. With simple, interesting choreography everyone can achieve a great cardio workout as well as have the satisfaction of learning a routine to practice long after class ends. Wear comfortable clothing; shoes are optional. Coin/belly scarves will be provided by instructor, Michele Marie Landreville.
$8 members, $10 non-members/drop-ins.
