Get recommendations on exercises, alternatives to current programs, set up of equipment or any other concerns or questions you may have. Consider this a great opportunity to get some new ideas or change your current routine; get the fitness kickstart you desire!

Want to strengthen your glutes, legs, low back and abdominal muscles and have a blast doing it? This is the class for you! Michele will instruct participants in belly dance technique. Class attendees will learn isolations, upper/lower body shimmy, undulations + more. Feel like a goddess learning how to move in this way. Your confidence will SOAR. Wear comfortable clothing. Shoes are optional. Coin/belly scarves will be provided by instructor.
