CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY
Client massage treatments are reserved especially for members and non-members alike. Sierra Fitness values your business and asks that you respect its scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment time.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a 25% fee of the scheduled service…unless we are able to book another client during that said time. Clients who neither call to cancel or do not show up for scheduled appointment will be charged in full for the scheduled service.
This is a very relaxing and therapeutic style of bodywork combing oils or lotion with an array of strokes such as rolling, kneading, and percussion to help improve the body’s circulation.
This targeted, highly effective method uses some oil or lotion to release chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions and past lingering injuries.
This clothed massage incorporates Hatha Yoga and acupressure to increase energy and relieve stress. The Northern style is also called “Yoga for Lazy People”. Instead of doing Yoga, the therapist does it for you.
This service enhances performance and prolongs a sports career by helping prevent injury, reduce pain and swelling, relax the mind, increase flexibility and improve recovery rates. For serious athletes, this is broken down into pre-event, post-event and maintenance massages.
Using no oil or lotion, this targeted massage focuses on the fascia (a membrane surrounding muscles) and problem areas to decrease pain, increase range of motion, improve flexibility, breakup and decrease adhesions and realign muscle fibers.
This deep massage focuses on fingers used to knead individual muscles, increase blood flow and release “trigger points.”
This therapy is intended to restore the natural position and alignment of bones and joints in the head, neck and sacrum to alleviate pain.
This very gentle massage is intended to improve circulation in the lymphatic system and increase immune system function. Great for lymphodema, recovering sprains and strains and recovering bone injuries.
